When the client came to us with three weeks to put together the Bar Mitzvah of the year.. the OEP Team gladly accepted the challenge! The client had a specific vision of a grand Football Bowl honory event for Parker. Guests were greeted outside by a bouncer and a large lighted billboard marquee. Guests presented their tickets to attend and our bouncer actor had a great time improvising with guests! As you walked into the foyer illuminated tables in red, custom escort cards/signboard/giftbox/bar signage and OEP designed football centerpieces set the tone for a great event. Guests took their photo at the red carpet with step and repeat logos. The ballroom was draped in white with uplighting in red and amber.

Tables were set in red/black/silver linens with ice-sculptures and custom Lombardi trophy lamp centerpieces. The kids take home gifts were displaye on silver chaivari chairs. Lounge furniture and glow cubes accented the perimeter of the dance floor. Our DJ system with intelligent lighting lit the dance floor and ceiling with colorful lighting and design patterns. OEP Cheerleaders escorted Parker to the dance floor and the energy was non-stop! Guests had fun taking photos at the green screen with a sports announcer desk set and visting the rear-sketch artists. Our OEP DJ/ Emcee/Dancers kept the party rockin' with dancing and games til midnight!
